The World Fact Book is produced and published annually by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). It provides brief factual and graphical surveys of the economic, geographic and political conditions of some 267 countries, dependent areas and other entities. Information is provided by the Bureau of the Census, Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Defense Nuclear Agency, Department of State, Maritime Administration, National Science Foundation (Polar Information Program), Naval Maritime Intelligence Center, Office of Territorial and International Affairs, US Board on Geographic Names, US Coast Guard, and others.Help With:
